A Mystery Blend of Arabica Beans, from South America, DARK ROASTED for those who like the magic of coffee slightly more on the dark-side.

Suitable for all brew methods, but particularly suited to espresso.
To ensure freshness, we roast to order three times a week.

Roasted coffee should be allowed to naturally de-gas (release CO2) to develop a full flavour and reduce "bubbliness" and acidity. This needs to happen for at least 2-4 days for all grind types, but especially for espresso roasts which should be allowed to de-gas for at least 7 days after roast date.

Coffee can be left for many months in a cool, dry place after roasting, but where possible, to ensure your Buzz, please enjoy your coffee within 4 - 6 months of the stamped roast date.
