As coffee is a food product, we will be unable to refund your purchase, but please contact us and we'll be happy to help you and suggest another delicious Buzz coffee.

Our roast days are Mondays and Tuesdays.

Weekly orders are collated on Tuesdays and all coffee orders are shipped/delivered on Thursday/Friday (after coffee has had a resting time of 2-4 days).

To ensure freshness, we roast to order three times a week.

Roasted coffee should be allowed to naturally de-gas (release CO2) to develop a full flavour and reduce "bubbliness" and acidity. This needs to happen for at least 2-4 days for all grind types, but especially for espresso roasts which should be allowed to de-gas for at least 7 days after roast date.

Coffee can be left for many months in a cool, dry place after roasting, but where possible, to ensure your Buzz, please enjoy your coffee within 4 - 6 months of the stamped roast date.
